Mini Mites (8 and under)
Our mite hockey program is for boys and girls ages 8 and under. Our coaches focus on the fundamentals of hockey while keeping the children entertained with small games and skill stations. We strongly recommend that all skaters have completed our We Skate program.

Come learn the basic hockey skills: skating, stick-handling, passing, shooting and most importantly:
HAVING LOTS OF FUN!

Program includes:

8 one hour group lessons.

Souvenir C.I.A hockey jersey

8 Free public skating passes

Minimum Gear Required:
Helmet with face cage, mouth guard, athletic cup, shin guards, elbow pads, hockey pants, gloves and stick.

Hockey 101/201

The 101 program is for new players who have an interest in playing hockey. This program introduces basic skating skills to develop balance, edge control and stopping. Helmet and gloves and stick required for 101.

The 201 program is for players who developed the necessary hockey skating skills. This program introduces stick-handling, passing, shooting, position play and small games to build the confidence for our recreation teams.

Programs are on Sundays from 3:40 pm to 4:40 pm
Starting July 12th to August 30th
Cost is $130.00 or a $20.00 walk-on fee limited 2 per session

Includes:

8 (60 minute) group lessons.
Souvenir C.I.A hockey jersey
8 Free public skating passes

Full hockey gear is required for 201. Helmet with face cage, mouth guard, athletic support, shin guards, elbow pads, hockey pants, gloves and stick.

Goalie Clinics

Clearwater Ice Arena and Vic Marconi offer a clinic on Sundays just for goalies. The clinic will focus on skating, glove work, defending angles, butterfly technique and much more.
